These terms apply to this website and to the services provided by BeFoundHQ, Brisbane, Queensland. By accepting a quote or paying an invoice you agree to them. The free consult and free visibility check carry no charge and no obligation.

What we do

BeFoundHQ provides generative engine optimisation (GEO) and answer engine optimisation (AEO) services. Our services are the AI Visibility Audit, GEO Foundation Build, AEO Content Program and Local AI Listings. The scope of each job is set out in a written quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Pricing and payment

  • Prices are fixed and quoted in Australian dollars. Where GST applies it is shown on the invoice.
  • Invoices are due within 14 days.
  • Ongoing work is billed monthly in advance.
  • If an invoice is overdue we may pause work until it is paid.

Month to month, no lock-in

Ongoing work runs month to month. There is no fixed term contract. Either of us can end ongoing work with 14 days written notice. You pay for work done up to the end date and nothing after that.

No guarantees on AI results

AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI change their answers often and we do not control them. We do not guarantee any placement, ranking, mention, number of leads or revenue. What we do is measure your visibility before and after our work with a fixed set of test prompts, and report what we find, plainly.

What we need from you

  • Accurate information about your business, services and prices.
  • Access to the accounts we need, such as your website and Google Business Profile.
  • Approval of content within a reasonable time so the work can keep moving.

You are responsible for the claims made about your business, including licences, qualifications and pricing.

Who owns what

Content we write for you belongs to you once it is paid for. Our methods, templates, test prompts and tools remain ours. We may use your before and after results as an example of our work. If you would rather your business not be named, tell us in writing and we will keep it anonymous.

Third parties

Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic and directory sites have their own terms and may change how they work at any time. Some directory listings charge their own fees. Those fees are not included in our quote unless we say so.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Information on this website is general in nature and may change. We do our best to keep it accurate and current.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
